2018 Service fee structure:

Interview Fees - N$200.00

Nanny Placement Fees - N$800.00

Nanny Salary per month Live - Out - N$2500

Nanny Salary per month Live -In - N$1500.00

Terms and Conditions:

The Nanny is on a 1 month probation period. In This 1 month the agency will do two site visits in a month to see how the family is doing with the nanny that is placed in their home. However in this period if the family is not happy with the nanny that they had selected. The agency will do a nanny replacement for the family to replace the current nanny. But if the family is happy with the nanny they had selected over the period of 3 months then the agency will provide the family with a permanent employment contract. Once the nanny contract is signed it is the family’s responsibility to have their nanny registered for social security. The Agency will provide the social security application paper forms along with the employment contract.

The Client needs to pay an amount of N$1000.00 service fees once off or in 2 installments. The Nanny Service fees are Non-refundable (however) we do nanny replacement. The payment is done on the first day that the nanny starts work.
